HAM Data Quality Team Lead (VA ESOM)

Our partner is looking for a Remote HAM Data Quality Team Lead (VA ESOM) based in the United States. Take the lead in ensuring accurate, reliable, and compliant hardware asset data across a large-scale federal IT environment. As Remote HAM Data Quality Team Lead, you will oversee end-to-end data integrity as legacy asset tracking systems transition to ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro). You will guide a dedicated data quality team, establish governance standards, and drive remediation initiatives that improve asset visibility and reporting confidence. Working closely with technical teams, equipment accountability specialists, and site stakeholders, you will validate migration results and support successful system rollouts. Your work will help strengthen financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across multiple locations. This remote opportunity combines hands-on data management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in support of services for U.S. Veterans.
