Director, Data & IT

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Data & IT to lead data, analytics, and internal technology functions within a mission-driven organization. In this leadership role, you will strengthen data infrastructure, improve technology operations, and build scalable systems that support organizational growth and informed decision-making. You will shape the data and technology roadmap, enhance governance and security practices, and ensure teams have access to reliable information and effective digital tools. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate organizational priorities into practical solutions and sustainable technology investments.
