Associate Director, Medical Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Marketing based in the United States. As Associate Director, Medical Marketing, you will help shape and execute the scientific engagement strategy for an innovative treatment portfolio in psychiatry. You will play a key role in preparing for the commercial launch of a late-stage investigational therapy, translating clinical evidence and market insights into impactful medical marketing initiatives. Working closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Regulatory teams, you will lead key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, advisory boards, and medical congress activities. You will also oversee external agencies and develop strategic scientific communications that strengthen credibility and launch readiness.
