MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Generate insights and data-driven ideas for customer loyalty and retention. - Prepare and execute marketing communication plans for existing users: sales promotion activities, brand and product communication. - Create briefs and initiate tasks for content and design teams to produce high-performing marketing communications for customers. - Perform day-to-day email and in-app notification marketing activities, including user communication building, testing, and improvement. - Track and report key metrics while suggesting ideas for improvement. - Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, legal, reputation, and other marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals.
