Software Quality Assurance Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer based in Canada. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in DO-178C and DO-254, you will help ensure that safety-critical software development processes and deliverables meet rigorous certification standards. Working remotely in Canada, you will collaborate with engineering teams, senior quality assurance specialists, project leads, and certification stakeholders across multiple programs. You will contribute to certification planning, quality audits, compliance tracking, configuration management, and the preparation of certification evidence. You will also support safety-related verification activities by helping maintain traceability and identify gaps in requirements coverage. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in aerospace and other high-assurance environments while contributing to reliable, secure, and certifiable software systems.
