Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Canada. The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and development of workforce compliance products, with a primary focus on employee handbooks, compliance learning, and multi-state regulatory requirements. This role addresses critical challenges faced by employers and their partners as they navigate changing labor laws, maintain compliant policies, and ensure employees complete required training and acknowledgments. Working within a newly established product team, the successful candidate will lead customer discovery, define product priorities, and translate evidence-based insights into practical, scalable solutions. The position combines B2B SaaS product leadership with AI-enabled workflows, expert-reviewed compliance guidance, and integrations across partner platforms. Through close collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and compliance specialists, the Senior Product Manager will help simplify complex processes and deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
