Product Enablement Specialist II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Enablement Specialist II based in India. As a Product Enablement Specialist II, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of white-label mobile applications, from initial onboarding and store submissions to launch, updates, and ongoing maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring successful app launches by navigating Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements and resolving complex technical challenges. Working closely with customers, agency owners, and internal Product and Engineering teams, you will investigate submission rejections, configuration issues, and account-related blockers. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple applications while meeting service-level agreements. You will also help strengthen team capabilities by sharing technical knowledge, supporting junior specialists, and improving documentation.
