Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, strategic, and business-focused legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role combines hands-on contract drafting and negotiation with dispute management, corporate governance, and legal risk assessment. You will help protect the organization's interests while enabling business growth through commercially sound legal strategies. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will manage diverse legal matters, engage with external counsel, and build trusted relationships across the organization.
