Chief Financial Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Financial Officer based in Canada. The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling technology business, helping shape its next stage of growth. This executive-level role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight across financial planning, accounting, reporting, and capital strategy. Working closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board, the CFO will strengthen financial discipline, improve decision-making, and build scalable systems and processes. The role requires a proven track record of scaling SaaS or technology companies, navigating complex financial milestones, and preparing organizations for future financing or strategic events. The successful candidate will develop a high-performing finance organization while ensuring reliable forecasting, robust controls, and credible financial reporting. This is a remote opportunity for a senior leader based in Canada or the United States, with required travel to Ottawa and Toronto.
