Associate Systems Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer based in India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Systems Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor system health, investigate alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and help maintain stable operating environments. You will work with monitoring platforms such as AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor, alongside SQL databases, Windows servers, and IIS. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams, you will contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement. This position is ideal for an early-career IT professional who enjoys problem-solving and wants to strengthen their systems support expertise. You will play an important role in maintaining service quality and meeting operational service-level agreements in a 24/7 support environment.
