Situated on approximately 200 acres, the property features an impressive 12,000–13,000-square-foot main residence with approximately 6–7 bedrooms and 7–8 bathrooms. The family resides primarily on the East Coast and visits their Colorado estate approximately 4–5 times per year. They are seeking a trustworthy, proactive, and versatile couple who will take pride in maintaining the property year-round, preparing for family visits, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly while the family is in residence. Position Details Location: Private Estate Near Aspen, Colorado Start Date: As Soon As Possible Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In Domestic Couple Compensation: Starting at $100,000 combined annual salary, depending on experience Food Allowance: $500 per week Insurance Allowance: Up to $1,000 per month Housing: Separate four-bedroom residence on the estate Vehicles: Use of family vehicles with gasoline provided Relocation Assistance: Potentially available; to be determined Household Style: Casual, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion Private Living Accommodations The selected couple will enjoy a spacious, separate four-bedroom residence located on the estate, featuring: - Four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom - Comfortable living room - Full kitchen - Convenient access to the main residence and property On occasion, the couple may be asked to share their residence with visiting guests if the main house reaches capacity.
