Sr Corporate Slot Analyst

Prepare and provide corporate and property management with accurate slot statistical reports and business insights. Assist in managing and developing corporate slot analysis tools. Ensure data integrity is maintained within the slot database. - Assist in the development and implementation process of Slot Analytical reporting tools. - Maintain and manage Corporate standardization processes involving slot product across the enterprise. - Communicate with property slot management and other departments; some travel required. - Prepare and provide corporate management with accurate slot statistical summary reports including providing robust insights. - Provides consulting services to property slot management team: - Analyzes and offer recommendations on lease mix, model types, and game types to ensure maximum revenue. - Assists property with evaluating slot performance results and measuring outcomes of floor product/layout changes. - Provide insight and support for Boyd business intelligence tools. - Support data cleaning and auditing - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Mathematics/Finance/Business degree preferred. - 3 to 5 years experience with gaming analysis or gaming experience in related field. - Computer literate: Excel, and relational database query tools (SQL) are essential. - Working knowledge in business intelligence tools (Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau), cloud based databases like Snowflake. - Must have excellent organizational, verbal/written communication skills. - Must be able to effectively multi-task and interact with all levels of the organization. - High levels of work product accuracy/attention to detail is essential Boyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
