Head Of Business Operations

Logz.io is looking for a data-driven, highly execution-oriented Head of Business Operations to act as the central operational engine for the business. Working directly with the CEO and Executive Management Team, you will orchestrate strategic initiatives and serve as an accelerator across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions Your main mission is to turn high-level business strategy into continuous, weekly, seamless execution.  You will work closely with the CEO to keep our organization aligned and accountable to core KPIs, run the heartbeat of weekly operations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous momentum across the business. You’ll help lead different partnerships and strategic initiatives.This is a high-impact seat at the table that requires sharp business instincts, mastery of SaaS metrics, and the rare ability to lead and influence senior leaders without formal authority.
