Job Summary: As a Roofing Service Foreman, you’ll lead preventative maintenance, damage assessments, leak detection, and high‑quality roof repairs. You’ll oversee project completion, train and support your crew, and provide informed recommendations to clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Benefits - Competitive wages, depending on experience - Health and dental insurance with partial employer‑paid premiums - PTO and paid holidays - Company-paid: Vision and Life insurance - Employee & family assistance programs - Wellness perks, including select gym memberships - 401(k) with company match - We provide all required tools and PPE - Company vehicles are used for transportation to job sites - Free uniforms that are laundered for you - Career advancement opportunities Daily Responsibilities - Complete repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems - Investigate and identify roof leaks, inspecting damage, determine the correct repair process - Professional communication with clients and providing recommendations - Day-to-day work also includes general maintenance: debris/snow removal, tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, etc. - Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed - Respond to emergency leaks (usually on-call 1 week per month) - You will lead, train, and delegate tasks to your team (1-2 techs) - 24/7 On-call availability (usually 1-2 weeks per month, additional compensation is given) What you Bring - 4+ years of commercial roofing experience - Experience installing and repairing TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other flat roofing systems - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years) - Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check - Skilled at identifying roofing issues such as leaks, tears, and drainage problems - Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment - Strong leadership leadership skills- delegating, time management, and can provide training - Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to document work and complete reports #LI-DNI 10/14/2026
