Groups Coordinator @ Bandon Dunes Golf Resorts

About the Role: Somewhere out there, a group of friends has been talking about a Bandon trip for ten years. Another crew has made the trip every fall for as long as anyone can remember, and they expect it to be just as good as last year. A tournament organizer is counting on every detail being right. As a Groups Coordinator at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you're the person who turns those plans into a trip that actually happens the way they pictured it. You'll be their go-to contact from the first phone call to the final bill, pulling together lodging, tee times, dinners, and all the small details in between, so the person organizing the trip can finally relax and enjoy it too.   About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.   Beyond premier golf, guests delight in various dining options at Bandon Dunes’ collection of restaurants. Whether you're looking to enjoy locally sourced, Pacific-Northwest cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list or prefer kicking back in a Scottish-style setting with traditional pub fare and local microbrews, there is something for everyone.   Working at Bandon Dunes is a dream for golf fans, outdoor enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals alike. The Bandon Dunes team works together to create trips of a lifetime for our guests. We are passionate stewards of our resort, community, and environment. As an endlessly curious group, we ask questions, share ideas, and always look for a better way. With a hard-working attitude, we help guide our guests through their pure golf experience, immersed in Oregon’s natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.
