A warm and welcoming family in Encinitas, CA is seeking a nurturing, personable, and experienced Full-Time Family Assistant to provide dedicated care for their infant son, who will be approximately 3 months old at the start of the position. Both parents work from home and are looking for someone who genuinely loves infants, understands early childhood development, and will be comfortable taking primary responsibility for the baby's needs throughout the workday. The ideal candidate will be warm, loving, communicative, and easy to have in the home.
