This position reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD). This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.   Responsibilities: - Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company - Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling - Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership - Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and support reporting - Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables - Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool - Ad-hoc analysis as required - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting - 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions - Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner - Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities - Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ - The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at  the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors  including  geographic location, and we may ultimately  pay more or less than the posted range.
