Senior Director, Commercial Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing

We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive strategic growth and business performance across the EMEA clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) market. In this senior leadership role, you will shape regional sales strategies, establish profitability objectives and lead initiatives that strengthen market share and customer relationships. You will oversee commercial operations across clinical oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets, translating industry insights into sustainable business opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional and international teams, you will build high-performing sales organizations and develop strong partnerships with key customers, distributors and industry opinion leaders. You will also establish robust forecasting, pricing and commercial excellence processes to ensure predictable growth and operational efficiency.
