- Recognize strong performance and address performance gaps directly, fairly, and promptly.
- Define the scorecard and reporting cadence for the Financial Products organization, including onboarding volume, time to launch, activation, adoption, spend, satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
- Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reporting that support weekly execution, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Use data to diagnose performance trends, allocate capacity, identify risks, and make decisions about process and resource investments.

- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Support, and Operations teams.
- Experience using Salesforce and business reporting tools to manage performance, pipeline, account activity, and customer outcomes.
