About the role

LLMsA/B TestingProduct Management
Team: Growth, part of the Revenue organization · Reports to: Director of Growth · Location: Remote Who we are Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform that gives distributed teams the visibility they need to improve trust and performance. We serve remote, hybrid and outsourced organizations worldwide, with particular strength in BPO, healthcare and tech services. We are bootstrapped, profitable and fully remote, with team members across 30+ countries. We built a durable business on customer revenue rather than venture capital, and we are now focused on growing it. About the role We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive product-led growth across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion. You'll sit in our Revenue organization and own the product levers behind our self-serve motion, with an impact that reaches across the wider customer base. This is a product management role with a growth focus. You'll work with the leadership team to set measurable goals, build and run the growth roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design and data to ship experiments and product changes that move revenue metrics. What you'll do - Partner with the Director of Growth and Chief Revenue Officer to shape the growth strategy, and translate it into clear priorities and plans. - Own the growth roadmap and the metrics it is meant to move, from conversion through to retention and expansion. - Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using product data, funnel analysis and user insight. - Design, run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, and turn the results into clear decisions. - Use LLMs and AI tools to prototype and demo ideas quickly, then write clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design to take initiatives from discovery through launch and post-release optimization. - Define, track and report on growth KPIs, explaining what is driving movement and what it means for priorities. - Bring a point of view on the biggest opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from conversion through to retention and expansion, and make the case for larger bets backed by evidence. - Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data, marketing and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable outcomes. What success looks like - Clear ownership of growth metrics. Core KPIs across conversion, retention and expansion have agreed definitions and a regular reporting rhythm, and you can explain not just how they moved but why. - A disciplined experimentation program. Experiments run on a steady cadence, each with a clear hypothesis, success criteria and a documented readout that leads to a decision. - Reliable delivery. You consistently ship what you commit to and keep stakeholders aligned along the way. - Evidence-backed bets. You make the case for larger bets, take them through to delivery, and measure their impact against what was predicted, including the misses. - Measurable business impact. Improvements in conversion, retention and expansion can be traced to the work you led.
