In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding - Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions - Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and networking channels - Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations - Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures - Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join ratios - Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process - Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing practices - Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
