What we're looking for: - Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience - Certificate from an accredited Medical Assisting program - Strong clinical skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality - Someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about their patients Candidates should have experience with: - Patient intake, rooming, and accurate documentation of medical histories, medications, and vital signs - EKGs, spirometry, and vision screenings - Phlebotomy and immunization administration - Prescription refills and prior authorizations - Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - Managing provider messages, patient calls, and clinical follow-up Why join Farmington Family Practice?
