Supported by a leading global equity firm and the ecosystem of nearly 90 partners, our Platform opens new opportunities for businesses across Europe to integrate financial products and services into their solutions. As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access. We are defined by the following values:  - Client at the centre - we deliver value to our clients - Curiosity - we want to know more! - Accountability - we deliver on our promises - Collaboration - we can achieve more with othersWe are currently looking for Procurement Specialist ready to join our adventure. - Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS services, and professional support, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery - Support supplier sourcing and selection, evaluating capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors to ensure the best value and fit for the business - Participate in negotiations and help structure agreements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance - Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs - Analyze markets and supplier trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings - Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools - Maintain up-to-date contract records and procurement documentation, and support audits when required. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate upcoming procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with business goals - Contribute to vendor relationship management, fostering transparent, productive cooperation and addressing performance issues when necessary - Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on IT, software licensing or professional services - Relevant experience in the banking sector is a strong asset - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate insights - Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both verbal and written - Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment – we use MacBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are especially important (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities - Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset You will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.You will be provided an Individual Development Budget, dedicated to enhancing your professional skills.If your role permits, we also offer flexible work location.You and your closest family will be covered with VIP-level private medical care which includes dental treatment and a hospitalisation package. We care for our colleagues’ well being, therefore we cover psychological consultations if you ever feel you need such support. Aion bank account without fee. We co-sponsor your Multisport card and cover 50% of its cost. You will work on computer equipment that delivers the best user experience — Apple MacBook. Our office in Warsaw offers healthy snacks throughout the day.
