About the role:

What you'll own:
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for manual client data verification and updates.
- Develop the internal Creatio module for Operations: user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements.

- Gather business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and support implementation with the engineering team.
- Define and track operational metrics โ processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency โ using SQL to analyze data and find root causes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to align requirements and build end-to-end processes.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, with BPMN or similar visualization tools.
- Experience working with internal IT systems: translating business needs into functional and system requirements, and supporting implementation with engineering.
- Working-level SQL: able to independently investigate data, test hypotheses, and find the root causes of issues.
- Data-driven approach: able to define and analyze operational metrics, assess process efficiency, and propose improvements independently.
- Working English for business communication: able to discuss processes, align requirements, and work with international teams.
