The Role We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Finance Controller with 3 to 4 years of experience to take ownership of our daily financial operations, accounting workflows, and reporting structures. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to maintain financial integrity, streamline internal controls, and scale our finance function. What you'll do - Lead financial reporting and analysis to uncover insights - Create and manage budgets that propel our growth - Implement innovative financial policies and procedures - Take charge of payroll and accounts for seamless operations - Prepare compelling financial reporting and reports from our systems together with our management team that transform financial data into steering information for the management team and shareholders - Oversee the meticulous preparation of financial statements for the organisation - Monthly Planning and Control Cycle: Execute the monthly planning and control cycle, overseeing financial activities to ensure adherence to established timelines and accuracy in reporting - You are the main contact in finance for many stakeholders in the organisation
