The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized B2B Operations Specialist on a temporary basis to support our growing business-to-business team. In this role, you will handle vital non-supplier facing operational tasks, ensuring seamless data flow between vendors and our internal tools. Your main responsibilities will involve end-to-end process management from order creation to returns, including tracking supplier shipments and resolving logistics updates. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Data Management: Accurately transfer, cross-reference, and synchronise order and product data between external supplier systems and our internal tools - Shipment & Logistics Tracking: Monitor open supplier orders and shipment statuses across multiple portals, and coordinate deliveries with our warehouses - Order Management: Own the orders from end-to-end including filing for returns, organising pick-ups, managing credit notes and closing invoices - Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate efficiently with internal account managers and customer support teams regarding shipment statuses and data discrepancies
