About the role

HubSpotCRMMarket Research
You know the dynamics of deals, investors and decks. At Pulse4all, you put that experience to work for one company, with a mission that matters: making life-saving AEDs accessible to everyone. You build the institutional investor pipeline, deliver the initial pitches, and guide the process towards term sheets, working directly with the founder. About Pulse4all Pulse4all is building a globally scalable AED-as-a-Service proposition. We make defibrillators accessible through a fully managed subscription, removing the two biggest barriers: high upfront cost and maintenance. Behind it sits an asset-backed platform with recurring revenue and measurable social impact. We fund our growth through a layered structure, from retail bonds to institutional capital. The next phase focuses on institutional funding, both debt and equity, with larger commitments. The role To scale our institutional funding, we're looking for someone to develop the investor pipeline systematically and run the day-to-day process independently. You map investors, make first contact yourself, deliver initial pitches, and make sure every conversation leads to a concrete next step. You work closely with the founder, who leads Corporate Development & Institutional Funding, and with the colleague who owns the financial models and structure. You translate that work into investor materials and are the first point of contact for new investors. The founder runs the decisive meetings and negotiations, and you prepare them together. This is not a management role, but you have the mandate to coordinate input across the organisation and hold contributors to agreed deadlines. What you'll do - Pipeline and CRM. Set up HubSpot for institutional funding and run it day-to-day. Build a qualified investor longlist based on investment mandate, ticket size, and warm introduction routes. - Outreach and follow-up. Approach investors independently by email and phone, deliver initial investor pitches, and ensure timely follow-up and clear next steps after every interaction. - Decks and narrative. Turn the numbers into decks, one-pagers, and charts, and do your own market research where needed. - Investor relations. Prepare investor updates and meetings. You'll be in the room in London, Frankfurt, Zurich, and other financial centres. - Data room and due diligence. Manage the data room, coordinate investor questions, and keep the DD timeline on track. - AI as leverage. Use AI for research, outreach, CRM enrichment, and first drafts of decks and Q&A, so a small team can run a scalable pipeline. What you'll have built after a year After three months, HubSpot is live, you have a long list of 100–150 qualified parties, and you've taken over the data room. From there, you run four to six new first meetings a month. After a year, you have 15–25 active conversations in the pipeline and have contributed to receiving the first term sheets. Why make the move? Instead of juggling a stack of mandates, you build the story of one company and see the direct result of your work. You own the full pipeline, from first contact to term sheet, and you share in the value you help create.
