ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst based in the United States. This role offers an opportunity to improve enterprise service delivery by translating complex business needs into practical, user-focused ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders supporting a federal client to define requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules and business applications. Working within a nine-person Agile team, you will help shape product backlogs, optimize business processes, and ensure solutions meet user expectations. Your responsibilities will span requirements gathering, process modeling, acceptance testing, training, and change management. You will also contribute to continuous platform improvement by promoting standard functionality, researching technical issues, and incorporating customer feedback.
