Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Analyst based in the United States. The Operations Analyst will provide strategic, analytical, and program management support for electronic health record modernization (EHRM) initiatives within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role focuses on strengthening governance, streamlining decision-making, and improving coordination across Tier 1 subject matter expert (SME) teams. The successful candidate will assess operational risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that align clinical, technical, and program priorities. Working closely with executive stakeholders, project leaders, and interdisciplinary teams, they will promote accountability, transparency, and timely execution. The position combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on project oversight, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
