Director, IT Financial Management

The Director of IT Financial Management will establish and lead an enterprise-wide capability designed to improve transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making around technology investments. This high-impact role will connect Technology, Finance, and business teams to ensure technology spending is clearly understood and aligned with business value. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will shape governance frameworks, financial processes, reporting standards, and long-term roadmaps across a complex, federated organization. You will build and guide a network of IT Financial Management stewards, fostering collaboration and consistent practices across business units with different levels of maturity. By translating complex financial and technology data into actionable insights, you will help senior leaders make better-informed decisions about costs, resources, risks, and investment priorities.
