Our partner is looking for a Business Transformation ERP Specialist based in the United States The Business Transformation ERP Specialist will support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen business integration, and modernize enterprise systems across a global organization. This role focuses on ERP implementation and transformation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, operational analytics, and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and site leadership to align technology solutions with business requirements. By analyzing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for standardization, you will help implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
