What You'll Be Doing Store Administration - Play detective with purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists—make sure all the pieces of the puzzle match up perfectly! - Inspect incoming deliveries like a quality control pro, confirming everything is exactly what was ordered and invoiced. - Handle returns for items that don't quite make the cut—we keep our standards high! - Become a master organizer by strategically storing engineering materials and equipment in their designated spots to keep operations humming. - Keep inventory records fresh and up-to-date as new items roll in. - Maintain meticulous records of orders, delivery information, and documentation—your attention to detail keeps everything on track.Other Responsibilities - Stay sharp on fire safety, life safety, and emergency procedures—we're committed to keeping everyone safe and sound. - Show up ready to engage in all briefings, meetings, and training sessions that management brings your way. - Bring your best self to work with a professional appearance and solid hygiene standards. - Embrace flexibility by taking on additional duties as assigned by management—variety keeps the job interesting!
