Behavior Consultant – LBS  Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based) Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour  Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts Overview Paragon Behavioral Health Services, a division of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma. This role offers the opportunity to deliver services directly in real-world settings—helping clients build skills, improve functioning, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development. Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals - Deliver services in home, school, and community environments - Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams - Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care Qualifications Required: Candidates must meet one of the following: - Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum  - Active Pennsylvania clinical license required LBS  - At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children - Valid driver’s license - Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services) Preferred Experience - Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma - Background in community-based or in-home therapy services - Strong collaboration with schools and community partners Benefits - 401(k) with company matching - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account - Paid Time Off and Parental Leave - Life Insurance - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Assistance Program - Referral Program Work Location This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
