About the role

We are hiring an experienced Sous Chef - Indian Cuisine for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: - Currently working as a Sous Chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the same role. - Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. - Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training skills. - Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards. - Smart, proactive, well-presented, and professionally groomed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Salary - Salary: QAR 5,500 + 1 duty meal + Free accommodation and transportation + Annual air ticket - Interview Mode : Online
