Import & Export Coordinator - Cyprus

Location: Cyprus - No Relocation Model: Onsite Scope: Full Time, Employed Description: Join a growing international organization and play a key role in coordinating supply chain, order fulfillment, and operational activities. Key Responsibilities - Oversee supplier communications, including purchase order management and follow-up on delivery schedules - Process inventory receipts and maintain accurate ERP records (office-based role, no warehouse duties) - Coordinate customer order processing from receipt through fulfillment - Monitor shipment status and support end-to-end logistics activities - Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure operational accuracy - Liaise with internal departments and external business partners across multiple regions - Support day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination activities
