People Advisor

We're looking for a People Advisor to own hiring and day-to-day People support across the UK, Europe and the US. You'll be the person our people meet first, from the first interview to the first month, and you'll use tech and AI to make every step simpler. You'll make the employee journey clear, human and fast for colleagues across EMEA and the Americas. You'll bring great people into the business, help managers make good decisions, and fix what slows us down. The UK is our second-largest location, with 50 colleagues in Leicester, so you'll be close to the heart of the business. based 3 days in the office in Leicester City Centre. You'll report to our Global People Director and work closely with our Talent Acquisition colleague in Vietnam.
