Vice President of Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Engineering based in the United States. The Vice President of Engineering will provide strategic and technical leadership for globally distributed software engineering teams, driving the development of scalable, high-performance SaaS products. Working directly with the Chief Technology Officer and fellow engineering leaders, this player-coach will shape technical architecture, strengthen engineering practices, and ensure reliable delivery across core product initiatives. The role focuses on cloud-native systems built on AWS, modern web technologies, and the adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality. The successful candidate will build strong teams across international time zones, establish measurable performance standards, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with Product, Data Analytics, and Customer Success, they will align engineering priorities with customer needs and business growth.
