Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) based in the United States. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening application reliability, improving release safety, and building a scalable Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Center of Excellence. You will partner with application teams and SRE leaders to establish consistent reliability standards, embed service-level objectives into delivery pipelines, and improve production readiness. Working with Dynatrace and ServiceNow, you will help teams move from reactive monitoring toward proactive, user-focused reliability engineering. Your work will span the software delivery lifecycle, from defining service-level indicators and error budgets to implementing release controls and improving incident response. You will lead initiatives that enable engineering teams to deploy changes confidently, identify reliability risks early, and recover quickly when incidents occur.
