Senior Lead Electrical Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned electrical engineering professional to lead complex design projects supporting hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee the full electrical engineering lifecycle, from conceptual design and system architecture to construction documentation and project closeout. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, clients, and organizational leadership to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance building systems. The position combines advanced technical expertise with project leadership, client relationship management, and team development. You will also champion digital innovation and AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows, quality assurance, and project efficiency. This fully remote opportunity offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with occasional domestic travel.
