People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you will help ensure smooth, reliable, and well-organized HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You will support employees with everyday HR questions, coordinate onboarding, manage employment verifications, and maintain accurate employee records. Working closely with the People Operations Lead, you will take ownership of routine processes while developing your expertise in HR systems, documentation, and employee support. You will also contribute to projects that improve internal workflows and enhance the overall employee experience.
