Legal Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of an in-house legal team within a fast-paced technology environment. In this role, you will manage contract workflows, assist with outside counsel billing, and help maintain the legal technology systems that enable efficient business operations. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other functions to streamline processes and improve visibility into legal activities. Leveraging contract lifecycle management platforms and AI-assisted tools, you will contribute to more accurate contract reviews, smarter automation, and improved operational efficiency. This remote opportunity offers hands-on ownership of key workflows, exposure to emerging legal technologies, and opportunities to develop expertise in AI-powered legal operations. You will play an important role in strengthening processes, supporting stakeholders, and helping the legal function scale effectively.
