Legal Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support contract management, legal technology administration, and financial operations within a globally distributed technology organization. In this role, you will help streamline legal workflows, coordinate contract reviews, monitor outside counsel expenses, and maintain the systems that connect the legal team with the wider business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering, to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operational processes. Leveraging contract lifecycle management platforms and AI-powered tools, you will contribute to smarter contract reviews, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
