Working across Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same – from intimate dining to large-scale events. What you’ll be doing (but not limited to): - Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings. - Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces. - Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care. - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service. - Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate. - Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude.
