ROLE You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and strategic initiatives related to our Proprietary Database: - Be part of the product team and act as the first expert to test and validate the product. - Establish processes to ensure the database is always updated, relevant, and consistent. - Collect users’ feedback on the product and help steer product development in the right direction. - Collaborate with data annotators and AI Engineers to define and create high-quality validation and training datasets for our AI algorithms. - As one of the first hires, you’ll set the tone for future colleagues, growing and scaling with the company while leading by example. - Work closely with partners to define data acquisition priorities and relevant sources.   QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in Law in Spain. - 1–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (preferably in civil law). - Desire to pursue an alternative and challenging career path in a fast-growing environment. - Strong plus: experience in Product or Program Management, or in managing legal knowledge bases.   WHAT SETS US APART An Exceptional Team At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, you’ll work alongside top talent in tech and legal AI.
