Process Operator / Production Operator

As our new Production / Process Operator, you will join our Operations team and play a key part in the production of our intermediates and our final product, Vitamin K2. You will in addition to production activities from A-Z perform simple maintenance and correctly log in batch protocols. Throughout, you will help drive continuous improvement while keeping safety and quality first. This is a shift-based position reporting to the Operations Lead. Job summary: - Daily, hands-on operation of production, including control of raw material quantities, preparation of solvents, cleaning of production equipment as required, maintaining batch protocols, continuous monitoring of important production parameters, waste management, etc. - Reception, registration, sampling and control of raw materials, intermediates and final product. - Labeling and storage of raw materials, intermediates and final products according to SOPs and batch protocols - Planning and implementation of minor preventive maintenance work. - Contribute to the development of new and/or updated SOPs and other documentation (checklists, logbooks, etc.) - Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment or processes - Monitoring and recording production data and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and safety standards are met - Working together with colleagues to optimize production processes and improve efficiency - Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
