We care about craft, taste, and doing right by people and the planet. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Designer with a strong point of view and an even stronger eye. This is a hands-on, craft-first role for a designer who lives in the details — type, image, color, layout — and can raise the visual quality of everything they touch. You'll own work end to end: concepting, art direction, and execution across brand campaigns, product storytelling, packaging, social, and retail. You'll set the visual bar for your projects and be a trusted reference for teammates on what "good" looks like. This is a senior individual contributor role, not a management or creative-director position. We're not looking for someone who has already run a department — we're looking for an exceptional maker who is still deeply hands-on, has real taste, and wants to grow their influence through the work itself.
