INTERNAL ONLY - Temp Crew Leader

This role is open to internal employees only.  This role could be located at either the North or Laurens Office. Job Summary The primary purposes and scope of decision making of the Crew Leader: 1. Ensures that construction and maintenance programs are carried out so that lines are constructed safely and according to specifications and to provide supervision which will encourage the members of the crew to work safely, effectively, and efficiently. 2. Participates as a working crew leader taking a proactive role in teaching and developing Class A and Apprentice Line Technician's knowledge. 3. To further the goals and objectives of the Cooperative by providing professional and courteous service to its employees, members, and the general public.
