Senior Engineering Manager - Tenant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Tenant based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development and growth of a private-cloud software offering that enables enterprise customers to operate an observability platform within their own cloud environments. In this role, you will guide a highly experienced engineering team while balancing technical delivery, operational reliability, customer needs, and business growth. You will collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Support, and Field Engineering to address enterprise requirements, security reviews, deployments, and complex technical challenges. You will also help maintain alignment between private-cloud and SaaS products, ensuring that improvements in one environment benefit the other. Beyond delivery, you will strengthen team capabilities through hiring, mentoring, and reducing key-person dependencies.
