Manager, Online Merchandising

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Online Merchandising based in Brazil. As a Manager, Online Merchandising, you will lead e-commerce merchandising operations across a portfolio of premium beauty brands, ensuring engaging digital storefronts and a seamless online shopping experience. You will manage and develop a team of eMerchandisers while overseeing product catalogs, site navigation, search functionality, content publishing, and promotional execution. Combining operational leadership with data-driven optimization, you will improve merchandising quality, strengthen workflows, and accelerate the delivery of digital enhancements. You will collaborate closely with e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, analytics, product management, and IT teams to translate business priorities into effective online experiences. The role also involves leading cross-functional technology projects, coordinating testing and releases, and evaluating performance after launch.
