Finance Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Associate based in India. As a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable, strengthening collection performance, and supporting the financial health of the business. You will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, working proactively to resolve payment delays, manage disputes, and reduce overdue balances. The role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from invoicing and cash application to credit control and collections. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to address billing challenges and ensure accurate, timely payments. Working with financial systems and reporting tools, you will contribute to efficient processes and reliable month-end reporting.
